Will ThreadWorks decorate clothing purchased from an alternative location?

Yes, as a customer you are welcome to provide any item you wish to have embroidered or printed. However we recommend purchasing clothing from us as we are entitled to the same wholesale prices you find at high street suppliers.

Do you have a minimum order?

No, at ThreadWorks we welcome customers with single items for embroidery and printing.

How long will it take to process my order?

ThreadWorks prides itself on a fast turn-around for all of our customers. Most customers will receive their completed order within 48 hours. We also offer a same day service for customers requiring 5 items or less however their is a surcharge for this service.

What colours can you embroider?

We can embroider pretty much any colour you can think of including matt, metallic and fluorescent versions. Currently we stock approximately 50 colours that are used on a daily basis.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we except all forms of card payment with the exclusion of Amex and Diners Club.

I am located in Europe, do you offer a mail order service?

We provide a mail order service to many customers around the world, the only change from country to country is for shipping charges.
